Terms of Service

1. What Collectly is
Collectly is a web application for identifying, pricing and tracking trading card collections, and for listing cards for sale through connected services. It is operated from the United Kingdom. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
You need an account to use Collectly. Keep your password safe: you are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old. One person per account, and you may not resell access to the service.
Usernames.Your @username is a handle, not property. Don’t impersonate other people, brands or Collectly staff, and don’t register offensive names; we may rename or reclaim handles that do either. Handles registered only to hoard or resell them, or held by accounts inactive for over 12 months, may be reclaimed. Username changes are limited to one per 30 days and your previous handle is reserved for you for 30 days after a change.
3. Plans and billing
- The Free plan includes 50 card scans per calendar month plus the collection tools.
- Collector Pro (£7.99/month) removes the scan limit. Vendor (£20/month) adds listing and sales tools.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
- Subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled anytime from Settings; access continues to the end of the paid period. Statutory rights unaffected.
4. Prices are estimates, not advice
Card valuations shown in Collectly are estimates derived from market data sources and our own models. They are provided for information only, can be wrong, and can change. They are not financial, investment or professional valuation advice, and we accept no liability for decisions made on the basis of them. Trading card values go down as well as up.
5. Scanning and AI
Card identification uses automated AI processing, which can make mistakes. Where the system is uncertain about value-affecting details it will ask you to confirm; you are responsible for the accuracy of listings you publish to third-party platforms.
6. Intellectual property
Pokémon card names, images and artwork are the property of their respective owners, including Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK and The Pokémon Company International. Collectly is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by any of them; card imagery is displayed for identification purposes. Your collection data belongs to you.
7. Acceptable use
No scraping, reverse engineering, abusive automation, or use of the service for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that damage the service or other users.
8. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law.
9. Changes and termination
We may update these terms and will note the date above when we do; material changes will be flagged in the app. You can close your account at any time, which deletes your collection data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Questions: support@collectly.app.
